Aquent’s SF energy client is looking for Senior Program Marketing Manager (PMM) for a three-month plus contract. The PMM will develop and execute impactful outreach plans to the client’s customers.

The Senior PMM will be responsible for educating customers about specific client programs. Senior The PMM will be responsible for meeting business objectives for key drivers of customer satisfaction, program goals and defining how their program outreach fits into the ongoing customer relationship management strategy.

The Senior PMM serves as a thought-leader and provides strategic marketing direction, improvements and innovations. Candidate must have a strong bias for action, work independently, be comfortable with change and work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide and communicate clear vision of goals and objectives to team members and partners (internal and external); set expectations and empower team to deliver results
• Communicate results to broader team and senior management understanding of customers
• Optimize campaigns that do not perform to goals and make strategic recommendations for how to improve future campaigns and marketing efforts in support of business goals
• Review and submit for approval all marketing materials (including advertising, merchandising, publicity plans, copy, media, etc.) to ensure programs are on message and brand
• Seek out ways to continually improve broader marketing and outreach organizational performance. Make recommendations to management
• Represent organization on broader company initiatives
• Maintain relationships, implement process improvements, evaluate and communicate performance of strategic vendors
• Manage marketing budget in accordance with program plans; provide budget variance recommendations to management as required
• Ensure all contracts and vendor engagements meet regulatory and client sourcing requirements; ensure all expenditures are properly documented for appropriate audit trail
• Accomplish project goals within established budgets and timeframes

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or finance required
• Eight or more years experience in marketing, communications, direct marketing or public relations with demonstrated success
• Eight or more years experience defining strategic objectives, setting metrics and performance measures
• Experienced in business to consumer marketing and sales
• Experience should include the design and management of complex large scale (500,000+) campaigns with multiple test cells and more than one product

Desire Qualifications:
• Seven or more years experience in utilities, retail, financial services, consumer products or telecommunications
• Master's degree in business administration or related discipline preferred if less than 7 years in referenced discipline
