• Lead a multi-disciplined engineering team
• Research, analyze, and recommend solutions for business intelligence/reporting projects to solve complex business needs while managing scalability, reliability, performance and maintenance requirements
• Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders and collaborate with engineers to design/develop viable product
• Provide specification documentation, project plans and other associated project/product artifacts.
• Lead engineering team to deliver product/features to production and drive problem resolution once the new feature has gone live.
• Use technical acumen to provide design alternatives, ask probing questions, and support team in technical issue resolution.
• Own and manage overall program schedules, including identifying key milestones and critical path activities
• Maintain and manage dependency plan between planned sprints across engineering, infrastructure, and third parties to seamlessly drive release and implementation schedules.
• Communicate with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners on a regular basis. Ensure all parties have accurate and current information.
• Drive resolution of critical trade-off decisions between cost, schedule and customer benefits.
• Define, drive, measure and continuously improve development processes to raise team efficiency and technology maturity.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
