Seeking a Senior Offering Program Manager to join the Business Operations team.

To accomplish this, Business Operations works closely with the product teams and with Shared Services and partners, integrating software products with systems infrastructure to create a seamless end to end customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have a solid background in both IT infrastructure and software development, understanding each discipline and how they work together. Candidates will also have a strong facilitative leadership background since the position is leading by influence rather than direct authority.

Candidates will also have strong driving and collaboration skills to work across large diverse teams. Effective liaison and communication/presentation skills at all levels are also critical since this key strategic driver will need to partner with both engineering teams and senior leadership.

The Senior Offering Program Manager will drive the program year around, developing a readiness plan and executing across Product Development, IT, and Shared Services. In season, the individual will also be responsible for facilitating a weekly 40 person operations review, and reporting weekly status to Senior Staff. The role also includes running daily reviews and coordinating operations across 60+ engineers.

Specific Duties:
• Manage Season Readiness program year around, including requirements definition, technical & task dependencies, assignment/management of tracks to supporting resources, driving end to end plan, and addressing issues/escalations as required.
• Partner with Consumer Teams and IT/Shared Services to plan and execute end to end Season Readiness plan.
• Deliver operations reporting and present to CG Senior Staff weekly in Season.
• Drive additional projects as requested, including quarterly SaaS reviews and various Security/Compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:
• 5-7 years Technical Program Management experience. Includes understanding of SDLC and systems infrastructure principles and how they interrelate.
• Strong driving and collaboration/coordination skills. Experience facilitating across large diverse cross-functional teams.
• Strong facilitative leadership skills; able to effectively sell your ideas and convince others to follow based on persuasion rather than authority.
• Strong analytical skills to understand issues and work collaboratively to identify root cause.
• Effective communication & liaising across a wide range of audiences from engineers to executives.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex, multi-disciplinary programs.
• Strong organizational skills, planning, and attention to detail are also required.
• Internally motivated, self-starter with ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results.
• Must work well under pressure, balancing multiple priorities and objectives. Handles conflict well.
• Demonstrated leadership working in a broad cross-functional environment.
• Past experience working with SaaS/cloud applications and enterprise technology.

Additional Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• BS degree or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• Highly analytical and technologically savvy, with strong problem-solving skills.
