Our client, a premier financial services company is seeking an experienced Production Artist!

Responsible for creating successful designs and concepts for both print and web. Generates art direction on assigned projects. Shares responsibility with Copywriter on agreement and adherence to production schedule and elements of package, determination for form in which work will be presented to client, mechanical approval, and blueprint approval. Meets with account group to ensure technical requirements of job, budget requirements and schedules are understood and agreed to. Meets with production to determine whether concept can be produced and can adhere to budget and schedule. Requires a portfolio of work showing strong design ability. Experience with standards-based web design, HTML5, CSS3, Flash and responsive design, not for coding, but to communicate with development teams. An interactive design and/or BFA degree in Design is preferred but not required.

Company is seeking a talented Senior Production Specialist to focus on Retirement Plan Services Collateral.
The Senior Production Specialist is responsible for hands-on development and the execution of communications, as well as building and managing digital assets and templates.

Specific responsibilities include: Supporting the development and fulfillment of Content Management projects; Developing variable content; Assisting with asset production, template building and asset management. Candidate will proactively communicate project work in progress and exhibit strong time management skills. They will work with project managers to identify and address project status issues, exhibit collaborative work style, particularly across multiple offices, and be a positive and supportive team player.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the industry, either with a vendor, agency or marketing department. Experience in corporate or highly regulated environments is also a plus. Expert knowledge Adobe Creative Suite 6 (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver). Knowledge of HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and email programming. As well as, a basic understanding of JavaScript. Preferred successful experience with variable content development and management applications (PageFlex). Proficient in both Mac and PC operating systems. Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate creative and production direction and rationale are a must as is the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining absolute organization. Candidates should be able to respond quickly to related emergencies and issues, while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Also necessary are motivation, decisiveness, organizational skills, efficiency and dedication
