We are looking for passionate and highly collaborative User Experience Designer to join our growing team in New York. We are looking for UX’ers who approach things with an entrepreneurial spirit, critical thinking and an eye for smart innovation. We like designers who are energized to re-imagine the way people, brands and services mesh in the digital world.

- Curious minds and an appetite for learning

- A strong point of view paired with a healthy dose of humility
- A collaborative mindset, thick skin and a great sense of humor
- A user-centric and strategic approach
- Strong attention to detail

- Willingness to take risks and fail (but you learn)

About You:

You care about making great product and are willing to design in an iterative process to get to the best solution. You should be knowledgeable about our competitors, understand established design patterns, systematic design and best practices, but always feel the need to keep a running tab of what you would do different and better.

You adore testing and really get to know you’re users. There’s no time to rest until you’ve created intuitive navigation, site maps and user flows that talk directly to the right personas: current and aspirational.

You can design for different technologies, devices and mindsets. You love a challenge from your team and are ready to help reinvigorate one of the internet’s biggest and best brands.

- Proficiency in a variety of design tools
- Comfort with ambiguity
- An ability to work closely with our business heads: brainstorming, work-shopping, partnering to provide strategic business insight
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.

Please include a link to your portfolio to be considered.
