Job Description 

Product Marketing Manager- 


Lead the portfolio of products through strategic planning, analytics and demand generation. Work with key stakeholders to provide a holistic view of current offerings and opportunities. This position plays a key role consumer-centric product assortment to continue to grow the business to increase customer lifetime value. 

Key Outputs (sub-bullets are performance indicators): 
- Strategic Planning: Lead product deliverable to build long-term strategic plans with specific contributions on consumer-driven channel & pack strategies as well as delivering 4P growth scenarios culminating in the MBS. 
o Prioritization, trade off analysis, and change management based on shopper insights and business cases. Responsible for anaylyzing shopper needs, competitive trends and gap analysis for product assortment. Creating strategic plans. 
- Develop and maintain optimal assortment (including SKU rationalization and new item introductions into product) 
o Establish and leverage relationships with Brand BU and CCSD through Joint Business Planning 
- Provide insights and recommendations for product/shopper strategies 
o Synthesize data from multiple sources (Nielsen/IRI, RR Database, Kantar, etc) 
- Optimize business model for dispensers to evolve to for-purchase model (vs. rental) and develop a holistic dispenser strategy & long-term roadmap 
o Develop portfolio roadmap identifying trends, drivers and winning actions, inform activation plans including promotional activity 
- Monthly business planning & management: Primary point of contact for forecasting, gap closure with supply chain and sales 
o Timely evaluations with resulting gap closure 
- Commercial plan: Work with cross functional teams to facilitate consumer-driven situation assessment. Contribute to development of GTMG, align with key stakeholders on key initiatives to be delivered in the AOP 
o Effectived go-to-market guidelines (GTMG) 
- Consumer promotions: Lead development of demand generation for the AOP including promotional plan. Work cross-functionall to establish goals, creative, and execution. Includes spearheading development of selling stories to enable sales 
o Enhanced demand generation among our customer base 

Key Relationships: 
- Internal: Category & Shopper Solutions Team, Brand BU Teams, CCSD Brand BU Lead, Logistics, Finance 
- External: Agency partners 

Key Experiences: 
- BS degree with major in Marketing required 
- 6-8 years experience in a category management, preferably with experience product portfolio management 
- Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 
- Experience in analysis and creation of the strategy, financial realization, and various other leadership team materials for senior leadership 
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to lead diverse and cross functional groups, including strong relationship management skills 
- Keen project management skills with an ability to interact with and motivate others to succeed on several fronts simultaneously 
- Prioritizes workload and meets deadlines for a variety of marketing "deliverables" 
- Effective verbal and written communication on all levels and both internally and externally 
- Strong analytical, technical and mathematical abilities 
- Demonstrates initiative with a results orientation, while exhibiting strong drive and leadership skills
