The Global Talent Acquisition department of my client's organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager to be a part of shaping the future of University and Executive recruiting. You will work closely with the Recruiting Experience development team to build innovative applications for Talent Acquisition. Your focus will be on building out solutions for our Executive and University teams. These solutions may be a combination of building tools and partnering with key global strategic software partners. You will help develop the long term vision and roadmap, managing prioritization's and tradeoffs, all with a relentless focus on the customer experience. This role requires you to work with recruiting and business teams across the organization to gather global business requirements, you will evangelize the product and conduct user testing and training. You will manage the product from ideation to launch, ensuring requirements are being met, tasks are completed on time, and driving deliverables. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, inquisitive, builds strong relationships and communicates well in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of product management experience

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to solve problems and translate customer needs into business and product requirements
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely and accurate results
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to work cross functionally across the globe
An ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired and ambiguity is the norm
Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases

We are the product management team who own Recruiting Automation. This role will come in as the product owner of a to be built product on the platform. You will help manage the rollout and delivery of the new CRM and partner with users to ensure that requirements are gathered. They will be the key POC for the vendor as they will work with the vendors professional services team to build out the new solution and ensure it meets our needs.

Project Description:
Similar to above, the project is the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the University Recruiting CRM solution. You will work with Salesforce Professional Services resources, our internal development teams, and the University Recruiting team users to build out the new platform.

Delivery of MVP by Sept 30, 2016.

A typical work day entails:
All work will be in the Seattle office, normal hours, some overtime as needed. The project will require project planning, communication, requirements assessments, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and delivery of the new CRM.

Length of Assignment:
Project is for four months Jun-Sep, but you could be asked to stay on longer to help with Global UAT and delivery.

The goal is to consider this candidate for FTE status.
