Senior Private Marketing Manager

Our client is currently seeking a forward thinking, creative and experienced Private Marketing Manager.

The key responsibilities for the successful candidate will be taking ownership of B2C marketing with the overall purpose to enhance the brand in the market and optimise acquisition to maximise revenue opportunities.
• You will own and execute innovative marketing campaigns to position the brand at the forefront of its industry.
• Be in charge of the sales and marketing materials including copy on the website.
• Execute brand-building activities such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
• Monitor and review the effectiveness of campaigns ensuring the brand is consistent in all marketing collateral and campaigns.
• Responsible for sales and marketing materials/collateral and copy on website
• Creation of artwork including and not limited to online banners and adverts
• Manage and deliver private marketing plans and ensure each activity is measured against appropriate KPIs.
• To evaluate and advise partners/account managers on the best marketing practices to achieve marketing objectives.
• Work closely with Private Communication Manager to ensure we nurture leads and upsell where appropriate.

The ideal candidate would have 5 years working in a marketing role with a strong knowledge and marketing experience within the financial/professional sectors with a degree or relevant experience in marketing, communication or project management.

• A track record of driving revenue via marketing activities
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and project management
• Experience managing copywriters, designers and developers
• Experience working with Risk and Compliance Teams and Legal Teams ensuring regulatory practices are upheld
• Marketing experience within the professional/financial sectors
• Ability to build relationships at varying levels of seniority including managing stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will also have strong technical skills required to be an efficient marketing manger.
• Proficient in Microsoft programmes
• Knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative
• Knowledge and experience of Dreamweaver (emails) – desirable
• Knowledge and experience of CMS
• Understanding of the work processes and CRM systems
