Our client, a Global eTailer, is looking for a Sr. Partnership Marketing Manager.

The Sr. Manager, Partnership Marketing is a critical team member responsible for building strategic marketing partnerships that drive customer traffic and product sales with some of the world’s largest brands. We’re looking at a highly motivated, marketing expert with a digital edge to join our team.

Our Marketing department connects with consumers on an unprecedented scale. As primary stewards of our brand promise, we work alongside some of the most talented people in the world to engage with more than 140 million customers who shop our stores every week. The Manager works directly with many of the largest suppliers (and largest companies in the world) and is responsible for developing comprehensive digital marketing plans to meet overall program goals. In addition, they will lead teams of 3rd party agencies & outside vendors to grow the capabilities of the marketing efforts. This individual is critical to meeting our media revenue goal in addition to category-level traffic, sales and ROI goals. The team moves fast and believes that the best way to improve relationships with vendors is to work as a team and be a true partner. The person we choose for this position will be responsible for digital advertising solutions that will be viewed by millions of people every day. We think that's a pretty awesome opportunity.

In this role, responsibilities and activities can include:
• Achieves marketing objectives (program efficacy, media revenue) through strategic marketing partnerships with suppliers across one of the Digital Stores
• In partnership with agency, develops projections, changes in customer attitudes and behaviors, and manages advertising revenue for one of the Digital Stores; manages team to deliver by-category goals
• Provides digital marketing expertise to drive both category and ad product growth
• Builds strong relationships across internal teams to drive unified business goals
• Evangelizes key wins across team and organization
• Develops category insights to improve category, program, and ad product efficacy
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Position Description –
Develops and manages key supplier partnerships on new and existing marketing initiatives
Develops annual plan(s)
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
Ensures business needs are being met
Manages marketing budgets
Manages the brand
Manages the development and execution of large-scale marketing initiatives (for example, on-site merchandising, advertising, store integration)
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
