We are currently recruiting for a fantastic role within Financial Services. You will be working for a digitally forward thinking organisation focused on driving growth in digital sales through analytics. You will be a data driven individual who has a deep understanding of how to improve the customer journey and as a result increase revenue and profitability.

Reporting into the Digital Portfolio Director you will be responsible for achieving growth/revenue targets through digital channels. As such a strong working knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation, Campaign Analysis and road mapping digital improvements are key. Reporting on performance and ensuring conversation rates/online sales targets are met will form a large part of this position.

Key responsibilities:

• Driving the improvement of the organisation’s digital channels
• Work closely with the Build and Creative/Design teams
• Play an integral role in steering the direction of the company’s digital activity/presence
• Plan strategically to improve CRO though extensive data/ site traffic analysis
• An Optimisation Analyst reports into this position

You will be a strong influencer with excellent stakeholder management experience in a similar role. Working collaboratively with the various other digital teams your aim will be to roadmap strategic website changes that are designed to achieve growth/revenue targets.

Working in conjunction with the Product/Marketing team you will drive site traffic and increase page visits. You will then use all the resources available to you (Design / CX / Copy / Creative / Build) to implement campaigns and ensure capacity/delivery are optimised.

Key experience required:

• 5+ years digital industry experience
• Strong background in CRO
• Extremely strong analytical, communication and influencing skills
• Advance knowledge of Analytics tools, preferably Adobe analytics, however experience with similar tools such as Google Analytics & Google Webmaster Tools will be considered
• While previous managerial experience is preferred, consideration will be given to individuals who can demonstrate leadership experience working cross-functionally with various digital departments
