Senior Officer – Community & Digital Fundraising Team! In-House Role!

This is a rare opportunity to work within a charity that operates in the health space with campaigns spanning sports and celebrity at both a national and regional level! My client is a fantastic organisation in the charitable, health and wellness space; in fact they are ranked in the top 10 of Australia’s most reputable charities. They are looking for a proactive and innovative Community and Digital Fundraising Officer, with a great ‘CAN DO’ attitude to join their supportive and smart team.

This role is responsible for supporting the Community Fundraising Manager in terms of developing, managing and growing community fundraising through the implementation of new, and management of existing digital platforms. The role will also have responsibility for overseeing campaigns and most importantly managing contact with people and organisations in the community seeking to coordinate their own fundraising initiatives.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Review, develop and evolve the Foundation’s digital fundraising tools including already existing and yet to be agreed channels.
• Manage and monitor the Fundraising portals to ensure brand consistency, optimum supporter journey, creation and updates to any relevant online materials.
• Assess, manage and monitor other 3rd party platforms that could be channels to drive community fundraising.
• Ensure a streamlined consistent and timely upload of registrations and revenue into the SRM from all digital sources.
• Managing contact with people within the community seeking to coordinate their own fundraising initiatives and assisting these organisers to hold the most successful events possible
• Managing community event organisers and ensuring community event fundraising initiatives are in line with the Foundation’s messages and goals.
• Prepare reports and analyse data to evaluate the success and key learnings.
• Ensuring consistency of all messages delivered to the community and their partners.

You will have:

• Good digital marketing skills and some fundraising experience
• A great ‘Can Do’ attitude, brilliant team player mentality
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Great communication skills, written and verbal
• Tertiary qualifications
