Senior Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a results driven, goal oriented Senior Marketing Strategist. This role is a crucial component in delivering results for our largest, most distinguished, enterprise-level clients. You must excel in managing multi-faceted, multi-million dollar engagements while working with various internal departments including design, development, customer experience, analytics, strategy and marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy: 7+ years experience in developing strategic planning across channels such as CRM (past experience in implementing Loyalty program(s) is preferred), email, digital, social to rapidly drive answers and innovation

•  Provide strategic, marketing focused leadership across client accounts and delivering integrated solutions for multiple business channels
•  Devise content strategies that are informed by key business goals, category opportunities and consumer insights
•  Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts that reflect an understanding of industry best practices as well as each brand’s content performance to ensure we’re delivering content that drives value and results
•  Lead strategic analysis (e.g., market, competitor, consumer, financial) to comprehensively understand client business needs and industry dynamics
•  Establish the audience strategy for various campaigns by considering outputs of the strategic analyses
•  Support the Performance Marketing team with analytical insight when necessary

Project Management:
• Propose and project manage client media partnerships, overseeing the brief, strategy, and project pieces across the full life-cycle from outreach to launch to end release
• Identify and prioritize marketing requirements and project deliverables
• Manage deadlines and multiple interests that exceed client expectations with a high caliber of work
 

Account Support:

• Develop and maintain close collaboration/partnership with the client(s) and internal team
• Partner with multiple, internal disciplines (creative, technology delivery, data science) to deliver powerful integrated work and deploy multiple forms of business considerations across multiple clients
• Contribute to the development of our strategic marketing offering by evolving current brand strategies and supporting new business opportunities
• Create and contribute to an environment where innovation and fun thrives in everyday work​
