We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist for our corporate healthcare client’s strategic marketing team at their San Francisco corporate headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity to own marketing plans and initiatives in development and execution. This position has growth potential and needs a smart, seasoned, dynamic marketing professional who is a self-starter. The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for acquisition and retention marketing activities for Core & Premier Accounts, including strategy, crafting messaging and positioning, and accountability for implementation. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate regulatory requirements and healthcare benefits are crucial. This role will report to the Core Accounts, Sr. Marketing Manager, but will work closely with both the Acquisition and Retention Marketing Consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Independently develop, oversee execution, and evaluate integrated marketing strategies for Core & Premier Accounts to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Own the development of integrated marketing plans targeted at producers, existing customers, members, and prospective members to drive profitable membership growth and retention
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing plans to support acquisition and retention strategies.
• Identify insights that result in new marketing and communications strategies and tactics with unique messaging and compelling value propositions using multiple media.
• Develop project plans that drive execution.
• Attend and provide marketing support for events
• Primary liaison with other departments for content management to support sales presentations communications internal and external.
• Accountable for successful implementation including preparing briefs, reviewing and approving all technical and artistic phases of marketing collateral and materials; tracking budgets and project deliverables/milestones; and communications on project status to management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance pertaining to marketing collateral and language.
• Track how elements of the marketing plan lead to achievement of business goals.
• Collaborate with delivery for effective development of targeted, behavior driven marketing automation campaigns including campaign design, list development (Salesforce integration), defining assets, A\B testing, SPAM compliance, deliverability etc.
• Develop reports and analyze results from marketing initiatives, campaigns; shares findings with management, team members and stakeholders; and recommend actions based on findings.
