Our client looking for an experienced marketing leader who has successfully created awareness and demand generation of cloud and core networking technology with enterprise IT customers. This individual will directly lead the team responsible for the creation of our clients worldwide Cloud and Core marketing strategy and go-to- market plan which includes solution use cases and architectures, content strategy, and campaigns for our field, customers, channel partners and third party partners to reach the cloud and core buying audience. audience. This role will also be the knowledge expert and resource internally for core and cloud customers and market engagements. This management position requires a deep understanding awareness and demand generation programs, campaign management, and digital marketing strategies, as well as proficient knowledge of the core and cloud solution, product roadmap and architectures. Responsible for upholding Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
Internal and external Subject Matter Expert on all things related to marketing Cloud and Core IT technologies solutions but not limited to:.
-Ability to build/execute strong go-to- market plans for cloud and core networking solutions
-Construction of the content strategy and the creation of the assets and offerings
-Trends and future utilization of Cloud and Core technologies
-Third-party alliance partnerships for cloud and core networking solutions
Strategize on the cloud and core marketing team requirements with Sr. Director of Marketing to recruit, hire, maintain and lead all new approved headcount.
Lead a team of direct reports and matrixed team members to build comprehensive cloud and core marketing solutions, reference architectures, marketing assets, and supporting content and ensure all timelines and launch schedules are met.
Research, build and deliver strong product and solution planning in conjunction with Product Marketing solution definitions and use cases
Lead the team in driving strategy and vision for your focus areas, deploying go-to- market plans and campaigns plus building and evangelizing cloud and core solutions worldwide
Meet directly with strategic customers on cloud and core opportunities to gather requirements, solicit feedback and articulate the cloud and core value proposition in coordination with sales
Coordinate with Business Development and manage the sales engagement and communication of any solution-focused third party partnerships. Ensure the field and channel understands these solutions and routinely communicates solutions in a standard format.
Assign and distribute team responsibilities to all team members and ensure compliance to timelines and requirements.
Represent Marketing on all cloud and core-related initiatives including coordination with both PM and PD and participate on all planning and architecture discussions as designated by the Sr. Director of Marketing
Collaborate with other technical teams within the Global Marketing organization
Lead the Cloud and Core marketing efforts on all external events including the development and delivery of content and strategy for AGILITY Summits, ISC events, global and major trade shows, forums, user groups and other activities designated by the Sr. Director of Marketing
Perform other related duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Deep understanding of general enterprise IT industry trends, solutions, and architectures including full understanding the cloud and core networking markets
Ability to plan, recruit, hire and maintain a marketing solution-focused team
Ability to explain complex technical topics to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
Strong understanding of enterprise applications with a particular focus on web applications
Ability to partner and collaborate with internal and external groups and resources
Deep proficiency in all forms of communication including written and public presentation
Comfortable authoring and delivering technical training remotely and in person
Comfortable with customer and partner sales engagements
Qualifications Minimum of 7+years of developing marketing plans focused on the solution with strong emphasis on solving customer challenges requiring an understanding of both application and network technologies
Bachelors degree in computer/engineering, marketing, communications related field or equivalent work experience
Ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly based upon ongoing internal and field demands and apply them appropriately
Skilled user of social media/networking and participating in audio/video presentations and tutorials
Polished written and oral communication skills with either experience in or willingness to develop skills in presenting to large groups.
