Senior Marketing Manager

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will build strategies, manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns including: digital display advertising, social media advertising, paid/organic search campaigns, traditional channel and/or experiential programs. You will be responsible for conducting thorough audience and competitor research, developing audience targeting strategies, providing creative suggestions, messaging frameworks and marketing plans to achieve client goals. This is a client facing role so you should feel comfortable communicating your thinking and strategies in-person and in writing. You’ll also be managing and working with a team of talented marketers to support you in your efforts. We’re a growing agency so it’s important that you can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires excellent communication skills and a positive and collaborative attitude.


  • Senior Marketing Manager with 5-8 years of experience in an agency environment or similar marketing role
  • Experience in creative campaign development/process
  • Experience in integrated campaign strategy development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience running programmatic digital and traditional campaigns from strategy creation to final reporting
  • Experience with search, social and display media advertising
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, including the setup, management and execution of campaigns
  • Experience in analytics tools for campaign tracking and reporting
  • Great attitude with a cheerful willingness to jump in and help as needed to support your colleagues
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

  • Preferred:
  • 5-8 years in an agency environment
  • Experience managing marketing teams
