Senior Marketing Manager

My Confidential Client's Marketing team is looking for a highly organized, detail oriented person to manage all aspects of marketing programs including marketing calendar, budget submissions, and proof of execution tracking. This role is highly collaborative in working with field marketing teams and product marketing teams to develop marketing programs that meet the goals of the business. So the ability to network within the internal marketing organization to develop campaign briefs that align the teams and ensure consistency in promotion, nurturing, web, field marketing and sales to ensure programs are effectively driving sales funnel. In addition to managing the marketing programs, this individual will be responsible for tactical execution of the webinar schedule (at least 2 per month and they'd like to grow this number) and a few physical events. Individual should be able to coordinate all details of organizing webinars including topics, speaker coordination, scheduling coordination, set up webinar platform, managing day of logistics, pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up activities. Should be proficient in Adobe Connect (other webinar delivery platforms are OK too, but must be able to ramp on Adobe).

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5 to 10 years marketing experience
Prior experience B2B technology marketing software, networking or cloud computing companies is ideal.
Prior experience in developing and managing marketing programs end to end.
Strong focus on marketing metrics, ROI, and outcomes.

Responsibilities/Deliverables that you will be responsible for:
Manage calendar, budget (aggressive calendar and sizable budget)
PM will work with the rest of the team to make sure the calendar is being executed; size of the budget creates a lot of work to manage it
Partner driven activity; this person coordinates proof of execution, repayments, etc.
Tactical execution of webinar schedule; lots of webinars and physical events; we do plan our own webinars so this person needs to do that; end to end, send invites, confirm speakers, provide content, day of management
We are involved in creating web pages; so web experience is helpful; we use Adobe CQ

A typical work day:
Flexible hours within core business hours; once ramped up will be potentially able to WFH; there will probably be good OT opportunities; take on as much as you are willing to handle.


MUST HAVE
• Budget management and calendar management skills, Program management skills – manage who is responsible for what
• B2B technology marketing experience; enterprise experience
• Cross functionally work with team members and also Partner teams, sales teams, other product management teams
• Work outside of small team with other teams to execute events (event planning team, need to coordinate with them)
• Want to see people with tenure within their roles; want to see interest in FTE role

Soft skills or leadership principles the candidate must possess to be successful in this position:
Collaborative in a large, cross-functional organization; fast paced environment; drive the entire team, keeping them on time and on task; move quickly, so we need to make sure that all bases are covered; highly organized and able to keep everyone on schedule.
