We (Aquent) are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to work internally! This role is permanent and based in our Boston, MA headquarters.

Responsibilities:
The Senior Marketing Manager is the keeper of the voice and the champion of all of the primary marketing duties associated with Aquent, especially our lead nurturing strategy. This role will report to the VP of Global Marketing in Boston. The biggest aspects of this role are around lead nurturing, relationship marketing, CRM marketing, and marketing automation strategy/management. You've likely used one or more of the following automation tools: Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot

The candidate must have demonstrated skills in budgeting, negotiating, planning, project management and strategy for a B2B brand. The Senior Marketing Manager will be required to interact with internal and external resources in order to complete projects on time and on budget and with minimal supervision.

S/he will require the confidence and experience to manage a broad range of marketing campaigns and projects from inception through completion with excellent follow-through and attention to detail. Proven, results-driven management of digital marketing channels is required.

#1 most important skill / experience needed for this role is LEAD NURTURING. The understanding of, and ability to create, programs that engage customers who aren't yet ready to buy, but just need more nurturing to get to that point.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Design lead-generation and lead-nurturing strategies, programs, and metrics to support Aquent’s revenue and GP goals.
Manage one full time employee and several shared internal resources immediately. Team expansion in 2016 is possible and open for discussion.
Leverage and manage Silverpop, Google Analytics and other tools to measure, track and analyze marketing programs and performance.
Leverage appropriate resources (internal and external) to accomplish tactical tasks associated with customized landing pages, e-mail campaigns, display advertising, webinars, etc. Manage projects across a matrixed team to execute on dozens of complex campaigns throughout the year.
Develop program plan documents that articulate details such as objectives, target audience, key message, project plans, initiatives, program sequencing, metrics and opportunities.
Develop, test and refine components of our marketing mix and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Compile performance data from campaigns to measure success and incorporate best practices in future campaigns
Web-based media campaign development, implementation, maintenance, planning and tracking - including Facebook and web apps and custom content.
Some direct mail campaign management, including concepting, and refining ideas and building strong recommendations for audience segmentation and goals.
Participate in development of marketing plan, and maintain primary responsibility for its execution.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns in a marketing or advertising role.
Excellent writing skills for print and/or digital content executions (samples may be requested)
This role is a mix of strategy, management, and execution. Demonstrated understanding of lead nurturing, SEO, SEM and Social Media platforms for B2B.
Abilities in graphic design programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop a plus, but not required
Able to manage multiple projects against tight deadlines with eye for excellence and minimal supervision
Previously demonstrated people management skills are required.
