We are searching for a senior partner/channel marketing manager to become an integral member of the business management and operations group. You will work in tight alignment with leadership to drive communications, businesses processes, and strategic projects. The business manager is responsible for maintaining close partnerships with key internal business. You’ll have very strong collaboration skills, understanding of the corporate business model and consumer product line, innovative thinking with a passion for technology and a talent for influence and impact through others. The candidate will have strong presentation and multi-tasking skills, well-honed executive presence skills and the ability to bring others along to your point of view. You’ll be excited by the task of driving the day-to-day operations of the team and not daunted by the fast pace and need to manage multiple projects at a time. You’ll be a relationship builder with a strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Day-to-day business execution. Includes the management and coordination of team communications that reach a variety of internal audiences. Maintain the rhythm of the business for process, planning and execution of various programs.
2. Event strategy and planning. Serve as team liaison for key marketing events throughout the year. Includes management of attendee allocations, scheduling, logistics, communications plan, Leadership updates, v-team coordination, and overall execution.
3. Budget Management. Ongoing management and monitoring of a multi-million dollar marketing and operating expense budget. Integration and collaboration with finance representative.
4. Cross-group collaboration. Build and maintain strong partnerships across organizational lines.
5. Business analysis and problem-solving. Agility to ramp quickly across diverse businesses offerings. Deal with ambiguity, navigate through uncertain situations and quickly adapt to change. Clearly prioritize critical decisions and effectively manage complex follow up activities
6. Provide thought leadership. Exercise your communication skills to varied stakeholders, including executive presence. Solid under understanding of technical consumer products and structure.

Minimum Qualifications
• 10 years’ experience in consumer electronics marketing, business development or a related field
• People and vendor management experience
• The ideal candidate will have strong presentation and multi-tasking skills, well-honed executive presence skills and the ability to bring others along to your point of view. You’ll be excited by the task of driving the day-to-day operations of the team and not daunted by the fast pace and need to manage multiple projects at a time. You’ll be a relationship builder with a strong attention to detail.
• The ideal candidate will have a 4-yr college degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 10 years’ experience in consumer electronics marketing, business development or a related field. Prior experience in the retail industry is a definite bonus, being a self-starter, and a passion for technology is a must.
