Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for ancillary revenue sales through marketing research and analytics, and the development of design and branding decisions, and the coordination of departmental efforts in the execution of competing marketing initiatives. This position envelops a broad range of experience to include research, analytics, branding, etc. The successful candidate will share our values of film, food, and fun with a high level of flexibility, urgency, creativity, and strategy in a high volume fast paced environment.
Job Responsibilities

Coordinate Marketing Department activities with Film, Operations, Accounting, IT, and executive departments for smooth corporate function and revenue enhancement
Manage the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services
Ensure the success of short and long term marketing goals and objectives. Create and execute Grand Opening Campaigns
Manage onscreen messaging and branding for digital pre-show and national advertising for content, contract, and fulfilment
Manage all social media/networking sites (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, etc.)
Drive the execution of all mobile marketing and social networking campaigns
Develop in-house market specific vital marketing programs
Cultivate and maintain media relations for print, TV, and radio journalists, and ownership of media buy.
Conduct market analysis and execute strategies to increase share vis-e-vis competition and overall growth
Develop detailed strategic analytical models inclusive of predictive analytics to guide corporate branding, marketing, and communication strategies.
Additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.


Job Requirements
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Proficient using Microsoft Office (including but not limited to Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing.
5-7 years’ experience leading a Marketing team with successful campaigns.
5-7 years’ experience of relative and progressive experience completing Marketing and research related to consumer habits.
