Position Summary: Responsible for growing brand presence by developing integrated marketing campaigns that will build brand, generate awareness and drive registrations.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating and driving the execution of a variety of revenue generating marketing programs
Work in conjunction with internal cross functional teams and members of the Marketing department to successfully drive programs needed to support donor registration growth objectives
Develop an overall strategy for reaching key target audiences and demographics
Support execution of all marketing revenue programs
Monitor yearly budgets
Create analytics reports and optimize web presence
Manage marketing strategy and execution in collaboration with Director of Marketing
Act as supporting interface with marketing vendors
Track and report on all metrics
Work closely with PR to secure optimal exposure
Steward internal and external publishing calendar
Ad hoc projects

Required Skills:

Excellent strategic, analytical, planning and process development skills
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
High level of initiative and strong business judgment
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to identify areas where further investment will yield targeted ROI
Use a mix of email, online marketing, high-quality content generation, paid keyword advertising, and event-based campaigns to drive donor registration
Must be hands-on and oversee projects from concept to implementation and management, and have a proven track record of simultaneously managing and delivering multiple successful lead campaigns
Plan, execute, and lead campaigns, programs, survey and specialized content with input from the Director of Marketing
Analyze campaigns and programs for effectiveness; conduct marketing programs reporting and analysis
Leverage social networks and enhance campaign performance
Collaborate closely with all internal departments to assure programs meet business objectives
Assist in specific communications materials: case studies, blogs, online communications, website copy
Plan and track marketing budget

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
5-7 years of B2B/C experience
Superior communication and writing skills
Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit
Analytical and forward thinker
Very proactive work ethic with a follow-through attitude to complete tasks with minimal supervision and with the emphasis on problem-solutions
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Great organizational skills with attention to detail
