A major apparel company is looking for a Marketing Manager - Site Experience (4+ years of relevant experience) for their Men's Division. This role is responsible for the success of online marketing, a strategic role that balances brand priorities, product storytelling and e-commerce best practices. This person will manage the strategy and execution end to end, from seasonal messaging strategies, to working with the creative team to bring the idea to life, to developing a testing plan to reading results and responding to in-season business. This person will be the key business partner for the Brand Manager and buying leads. This person will report to the Sr. Manager of Site Experience, Adult. Responsibilities • Play a key role in the Brand Commercial Planning process (represent online learnings, needs and customer focus) • Translate brand and product stories into consumer facing marketing messages across all digital channels (site, email and digital marketing); build off of historical successes; innovate and stay ahead of the competition; tie back to business objectives and have a global point of view on regional differences and similarities. • Develop a deep understanding of seasonal assortment. • Work closely with consumer insights to develop an understanding of brand's global/ regional customers - what they want/need from the brand. • Partner with the global brand marketing to bring brand stories to life in the online space. • Develop seasonal marketing strategies. • Partner with creative and merchandising to bring stories to life through compelling concepts and outfitting/ photography. • Implement new marketing tools and technology. • Holistically analyze success of the site across messages, business and product sales. • Provide senior manager with clear, concise analysis of seasonal marketing strategies and sound recommendations to inform higher level business decisions.
