Senior Marketing Manager - Retail Property

Firebrand is pleased to announce its partnership with one of Australia’s most successful privately owned integrated property groups within the retail sector, as it seeks to employ a Senior Marketing Manager tasked with developing the integrated marketing strategy and leading a transformation that will position digital at the very heart of every interaction with its network of speciality retailers.

This newly created role is to drive individual retailer turnover by way of relevant timely and necessary multichannel marketing campaigns that will in turn increase the overall revenue for the group. From improving visual merchandising within the network of centres to working across traditional media and communication this role will position you well in the eyes of a myriad of local and national stakeholders all with a vested interest in your proposals, business cases, campaigns and initiatives.

You’ll coach, mentor and advise Centre and Head Office staff as to the what where and why of your marketing strategy, putting in place the necessary training and reporting structures to ensure that everyone is on the same page, and performance is consistent. You’ll identify areas to improve Centre efficiency as well as drive out of the box thinking – just because its been done that way in the past doesn’t necessarily mean it has to be so in the future.

In addition the Group seeks to broaden its digital offering so presenting you with carte blanche you’ve the opportunity to really excel by developing and implementing the groups complete digital strategy. From website redesign through to innovative Centre digital touch point adoption you’ll be firmly in the driving seat when it comes to strategic digital marketing. The sky is very much the limit.
