About the role:
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Campaign Strategist to help drive integrated, digital demand generation campaigns along with events for Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud across our personas (Chief Supply Chain Officer and Chief Procurement Officer). You have a true passion for campaigns and you enjoy thinking through each nuance of the buyer’s journey as you build programs across digital, nurture, and social channels that create marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and drive pipeline.

The Senior Campaigns Manager is accountable for every aspect of a defined integrated campaign across the campaign lifecycle, including planning and scheduling, content, execution, lead management, and reporting. By closely working with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Events, and Partner Marketing, the Senior Campaigns Manager will lead the creation of an integrated marketing strategy that includes identifying targets, creating value propositions, and delivering tactics to drive growth through data-driven marketing strategies aligned to targeted sales objectives. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert for a designated campaign, sales play, target segment, or product to evaluate overall performance, including conversion metrics and pipeline impact, in order to optimize the campaign.

Responsibilities include:
•Strategic Campaign Planning: Build, in conjunction with broader Marketing team, campaign strategy, clear value propositions and messaging, contact acquisition strategy, and content for calls-to-action to drive results. Ensure the campaign objectives are appropriately aligned with business priorities across marketing channels, and delivers expected business results, including financial and pipeline growth goals. The individual will set targets for tactics and provide consistent insight into campaign performance against defined objectives.

•Define Campaign Targets: Understand and define the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges. Identify appropriate mix of assets and activities required to engage target audience, generate leads, and grow, accelerate, and close pipeline.

•Content and Messaging: Coordination of messaging and supporting assets that maximize pipeline, revenue and awareness for designated campaign focus area. Content development and execution to support assets and activities such as online programs, nurture, webcasts, call campaigns, and events that map to appropriate target audience and customer buying cycle stage.

•Ongoing Campaign Management and Execution: Ensure execution and management of specific pipeline generation targets for designated campaign. Manages lead generation/nurturing campaigns by determining the most effective points of interaction to target appropriate audience and meet defined metrics. Campaigns include cross channel activities that engage and nurture prospects across the buying cycle from awareness through pipeline close ensuring the right assets and activities are implemented to support each phase accordingly. Adjust activities within the campaign as needed, to optimize pipeline contribution. Initiate programs to engage interested customers through multi-touch activities such as telemarketing and email marketing, automated online trigger responses, direct mail, and online resource centers with the purpose of accelerating prospects to close.

•Lead Management and Reporting: Regular review and analysis of marketing generated pipeline. Develop and implement action plans to address gaps. Ensure leads are being followed up within a timely manner. Must work well across multiple lines of business and demonstrate leadership skills to elevate business issues with lead flow and drive resolution across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Minimum 7 years’ experience in digital demand generation with at least 2 years in SaaS software marketing preferably at a small company or startup.

•Must have solid understanding of market segmentation; strategy, planning, and execution of marketing programs, both online, physical and social to ensure integrated plans

•Ability to rapidly learn, internalize and leverage product/campaign information

•Must be intensely data-driven; seeking better conversion rates from marketing programs

•Very strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills; must be able to prepare presentations and be comfortable speaking to groups; must be comfortable dealing with sales/executive management; must be able to massage product content into easy-to-understand benefits targeting prospects and customers

•Must be a self-starter willing to roll up sleeves to get work done; comfortable working independently

•Must have a proven track record of email marketing and be comfortable writing direct marketing copy

•Excellent project and time management skills

•Experience managing projects across various, regionally distributed teams

•Experience working with outside creative agencies

•Must be comfortable working in a shared services workflow environment

•Knowledge of Sirius Decision waterfall methodology
Travel Component: Minimal. Approx. 10% travel within the United States and Canada may be required to successfully fill this role.
