Senior Marketing Business Analyst

Superb opportunity for a results-driven Senior Business Analytics professional to provide leadership in development and delivery of real-time analytics in a global, B2B environment. In this role, you will apply your expertise in marketing analytics to deliver and manage a new, best-in-class dashboard, and an ad-hoc reporting solution that powers our data-driven performance culture. In addition, you will aid in developing key insights across campaign results, lead management and our customer database to assure their success, while tracking metrics and making recommendations to optimize, improve and change business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will define, create and maintain standardized dashboards and supporting diagnostic reporting specific to key roles within the organization to include, but not limited to, Corporate Marketing, Division Leadership, Marketing Leadership, Product Marketing, Vertical Marketing, Regional Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marcom, Sales Leadership and Regional Sales teams.
• Leverage your expertise in marketing analytics, KPI’s and impactful data visualizations to deliver compelling actionable insights that drive rapid user adoption and use of the metrics that matter for each of the roles identified.
• Apply your consultative analytical skills and knowledge of best-practices in marketing to hosting consultative sessions with key stakeholders to share your insights and recommendations on a monthly and quarterly cadence in order to optimize, improve and change business results.
• Apply your demonstrated project management expertise working with internal and external IT resources and business stakeholders to establish our next-generation data warehouse functionality, future enhancements and data warehouse integrations roadmap.
• Team with your Data Operations colleagues, Information Technology Dept and the user communities for the various systems of record for the data on which we rely to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardized business analytics, tools
and processes. Use our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Process to initiate and drive impactful changes in systems and work practices where required.
• Create, maintain and cross-train colleagues with complete and accurate business requirement, technical specification and work process documentation associated with our marketing analytics to include step-by-step work instructions for all standardized and ad-hoc reporting under development or active.
• On an annual basis you will lead the setup of clearly defined campaign budgets and SMART goals in our Marketing Operations system for each one of our defined Business Segments using the outputs provided from our AOP Planning process. In doing so you will ensure that our marketing analytics in place continue to provide timely and actionable information for business performance management based on current strategies and priorities.
• On a quarterly basis you will administer our campaign forecasting efforts and the implementation of any revisions to forecasts against Plan in our Marketing Operations system.
