Your Next Challenge: 

Our client has the world’s most compelling visual content that helps the vast array of their customers tell their story. Their data driven modern marketing team is looking for a Senior Manager to lead a team of Marketing Automation Specialists and manage their marketing automation platform. The Senior Manager is a key partner to sales and marketing leaders bringing integrated demand generation and marketing campaigns to life in an Eloqua marketing cloud, Salesforce sales cloud, Mintigo predictive scoring, and enterprise data warehouse environment. Your team will create the technology programs that support global campaigns to acquire, nurture, and grow their customer base. This is an exciting and dynamic function central to the company's success. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Eloqua operations team and deliver on top goals and priorities for the organization 
  • Instill operational excellence and insure all programs are delivered on time per requirements 
  • Responsible for the successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing and demand gen programs within Eloqua and other platforms 
  • Develop short and long-term strategies designed to meet and exceed the needs of sales around demand gen and lead delivery 
  • Manage and optimize the lead scoring and intelligence programs used to help sales prioritize their activities 
  • Partner with central and regional marketers to ensure technology and process requirements are met 
  • Develop strategy for how marketing and demand gen programs and campaigns will be analyzed and optimized 
  • Review new and changing marketing technology landscape and make recommendations for platforms we should consider
  • Manage existing vendor relationships and contracts related to marketing cloud technology – i.e. Oracle 


What You’ll Need: 

  • Experience leading B2B marketing and demand gen operations functions/teams 
  • Experience with a marketing automation tool like Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot or Silverpop 
  • Experience creating complex CRM-integrated lead generation and nurture campaigns 
  • Solid understanding of the B2B lead funnel and optimization practices 
  • Progressive management style that values all employees uniquely 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and influencing skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Strong data-driven mindset 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team 
  • Passionate, positive attitude – willing to roll with the punches and have fun 
  • B.A. in Marketing, Technology, Business, or other related field 
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
