Senior Manager, Marketing

Firebrand are yet again partnering with this leading retail group in the search for a senior manager level, marketer. Reporting directly to the GM of marketing with a team of at least five senior marketing managers reports to
begin with, this exciting senior opportunity offers huge potential to truly own and drive a broad range of marketing objectives within the group.

Key responsibilities
• Strategic development and deployment of the marketing and communications strategy
• Development of strategic cross channel (ATL & BTL) brand, communications and marketing objectives
• Development and management of the annual marketing budget
• Developing, monitoring and adapting the communications strategy based on on-going consumer insight research
• Drive and monitor successful agency partnerships across media, digital and advertising
• Strategic alignment with senior 'Heads of' marketers within the group
• Development and implementation of internal processes and reporting structure

Key requirements
• You will come with senior level marketing experience across retail or FMCG or relevant senior level agency experience
• Experienced at developing broad marketing and communication plans
• Be a natural leader with extensive management experience
• In-depth knowledge of current and trending marketing methodologies
• Experience working in close collaboration with senior management level marketers and stakeholders
• Knowledge and experience utilising customer insights research
