Senior Manager, Digital Channels

This Senior Manager, Digital Channels is responsible for driving operational and content synergies between secure and non-secure environments across this leading financial services branded multi-device experiences whilst defining, establishing and reporting on the measures for performance and effectiveness of Digital Channels against the business objectives. You will act as an internal digital expert to make recommendations, identify new opportunities and drive digital channel strategy across digital whilst championing agile methodologies to increase collaboration, visibility and team accountability.

You will be focusing across Website, Mobile and Tablet working with and managing key marketing teams, including Digital Strategy, CX, Digital Production, Project Delivery, IT and Analytics teams.

Key accountabilities
• Highly competent in analytics tools (and thinking) to drive data-led decision making to inform editorial decisions, optimise content, provide relevant recommendations and ultimately increase digital conversion metrics
• Communicate and present strategies, plans and updates to senior management and colleagues with demonstrated success outlining and implementing strategic visions for growth
• Develop and present business cases for increased investment in digital with achievable ROI and / or strategic benefit
• Combine information from web analytics, usability testing, changing business goals, and emerging web content practices to continually optimize content effectiveness and discoverability
• Articulate business goals and objectives and how they can be achieved through content strategy frameworks, web writing/editing approaches, user experience design, information architecture, and web analytics.
• Educate and engage business stakeholders, project managers, and peers for widespread understanding of how content strategy supports business objectives.  
• Strategic-minded, understands and can paint the big picture, yet passionate about planning and executing tactical workload
• Constantly drive innovation by staying current with technology, trends, and new ideas for content management and process improvements
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage collaboration across internal departments and across divisions
• Gather and assess existing/new content and create the process to make it useable in multiple digital formats (i.e. mobile, secure)
• Performance and results focus: a strong record of performance delivery through people and business results
• Experience with the latest digital collaboration tools and how to drive workflow efficiencies whilst increasing visibility and team/stakeholder engagement
• Highly capable with agile delivery methodologies and creating agile team processes that are sustainable whilst advocating the value across the wider business
