The Senior Manager, will work with our top marketing partners to create and deliver world-class marketing programs. This role is on a team that is passionate about partner success, is fast-paced, and entrepreneurial. The Senior Manager, will help support packaging, pricing, promotion, and sales of Program packages -- and be the marketing lead for a select group of partners who invest in our top packages. This role requires a unique mix of client/relationship management, foundational marketing knowledge, traditional and digital marketing experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross functional organizations, ensure execution of benefits, track partner success, and contribute to aggressive program and partner growth objectives.

The Senior Manager, must have a strong executive presence, passion for innovation, irresistible enthusiasm, and an agile mind (because this business changes by the minute!).

Responsibilities:

• Support packaging, pricing, promotion and sales of the Program
• Be the partners’ advocate and trusted advisor as we executive marketing programs
• Take the lead on program execution for top partners – from cool viral/social campaigns, to video content development, to parties and events
• Be an active and supportive player on the team to ensure a cohesive, functional, and fun team that works effectively together to achieve goals
• Track and measure partner success
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of vendors and colleagues

Required Skills/Experience:
• Highly motivated leader with energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the website ecosystem
• Ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Strategic and analytical thinker who is able to blend technology, strategy and creativity to develop compelling marketing programs
• Experience positioning, selling and activating marketing programs
• Proven presentation and communication skills in both formal and informal settings
• 4 to 7 years marketing/agency experience in high tech industry
• B.A. / B.S. in Business, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Communications, or related experience
• Master's degree or MBA highly desired
