As the Loyalty Manager, you will lead a small team to engage and excite customers to deliver share of wallet growth through the ongoing development and implementation of the Loyalty Program.
In this role you will:
Drive engagement through personalised experiences
Be responsible for the development of the loyalty program to deliver on customer needs and business objectives.
Create and optimise the customer value proposition and program benefits to motivate customers to engage in the program and growth share of wallet.
Deliver and embed the program across all areas of the business to help drive customer engagement, program success and share of wallet growth.
You have extensive experience developing and implementing national loyalty / member program propositions.
You are knowledgeable in matrix structures where influencing skills are key to success.
You are able to translate data and insights into engagement optimisation.
You have a strong understanding of multi-channel personalisation delivery.
Strategic retail is experience preferred.
