Lead reporting and analysis of eMarketing Channels performance
Own and drive analyses that result in insights into channel performance, contribute to driving growth and optimization of customer acquisition and retention programs.
Build and maintain framework for customer and channel analyses
Provide analytical support for marketing channel planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Supports cross channel analysis efforts, scenario planning, and profitability analyses
Responsible for eMarketing channel performance reporting
Responsible for analysis efforts that contribute to driving growth and optimization of customer acquisition and retention programs

Reporting, Analysis, and Optimization:

Analyze eMarketing channel performance analysis (SEO, PPC, Email, Direct Load, Display, Affiliates, Comparison Shopping)
Execute analyses that can generate valuable insights and improve performance – cross channel analysis, profitability analysis
Own daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc eMarketing reporting efforts
Help with identifying key performance metrics, building dashboards, contributing to key insights and ensuring data drives actions to improve the business planning
Provide analytical support for eMarketing channel planning efforts
Support channel leads in planning efforts
Serve as liaison to finance on eMarketing planning and forecasting

Reports to: Sr. Manager eMarketing
Works closely with eMarketing team, Merchandising, Analytics, and Finance
Physical demands encompass typical day-to-day job functions of a traditional office environment

Requirements:

•Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Analytical roles - direct experience in B2B/ B2C Marketing Analytics, customer analytics, and Financial analysis

• MBA in Marketing, Finance, or Strategy

• In lieu of an MBA someone with strong Financial experience OR Masters in Analytical disciplines with more than 5+ years of experience is encouraged to apply

• Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, Excel, and exposure to financial planning and analysis

• Experience in web analytics (e.g., Omniture, Google Analytics, BI tools) a plus

• High level of business acumen, with critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and demonstrated written communications skills

• Functional knowledge of interactive marketing and onsite channel tactics such as paid search, display advertising, email marketing, affiliates and social media

• Excellent client services and communication skills and ability to present to various teams with different levels of online exposure
