Senior Information Designer

The Senior Information Designer is a thought leader who will collaborate with clients and UX team members to develop high quality and compelling user experiences through interaction designs across touch devices, websites, user interfaces, application and digital marketing. Successful Senior Information Designers are innovative, have a bold vision for excellence, and enjoy working with a team that inspires commitment.

He/she should be well versed in all topics related to user experience strategy, interface design, user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design and usability. Areas of focus include: defining/representing the customer and stakeholder needs, tasks, and goals –including translating goals into site functionality, site architecture, navigation, interaction and data flow.

Primary Responsibilities
• Collaborate with project teams to define strategy, as well as site architecture and navigation
• Iterate in creative sketch sessions with UX and clients—taking wires from low fidelity to high fidelity
• Develop use case scenarios, flow diagrams, site maps, wireframes, high-level functional specifications, task analyses based on personas and research, and integrating these into product design
• Work closely with usability engineering, visual design, content, product marketing and product development to create the user experience that meets customer objectives and business goals
• Assist with user research plan and stakeholder interviews to understand requirements, negotiating change for the sake of the ultimate user experience when necessary
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Ensure existing the brand's UX style guide and standards are applied or considered for all concepts
• Provide consultation to 3rd party designers and developers and lead creative collaboration sessions for storefront, authenticated and application properties
