The Senior Graphic Designer works closely with the Art Director and Creative Director to concept and design marketing and communication materials for Brand. This person plays a lead role in crafting highly‐conceptual ideas that consistently captures the brand look and feel. This position entails a significant amount of initiative and creativity with the ability to originate ideas. Must be able to prioritize while multi‐tasking and handle pressure with adherence to quality and deadlines in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented environment where innovation, creativity, a positive attitude, growth, passion and fun are valued.


Concept and create original ideas for seasonal campaigns, monthly promos, and advertising (when applicable) 50% primary responsibilities include: branding for makeup, skincare, and formulations. Projects include marketing collateral, visual merchandising, style guides, and press kits. A demonstrated knowledge in marketing, retail and branding is essential.
Maintain and evolve design standards
Create mockups for presentations purposes
Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based upon available space and aesthetic design concepts.
Prepare precise and accurate electronic files to print production specifications and ensure delivery to vendors
Work on multiple brands under Brands umbrella
Review, comment and/or approve press proofs against released art
Work closely with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development, Sourcing and Copy to make sure that all aspects of design and merchandising are carefully considered 50%
Create and update Style Guides for campaigns and promos
Work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines
Work with vendors to determine die lines and specifications
Competitive knowledge for design
A self-starter who is able to troubleshoot and work independently
Determine artwork placement and proper logo usage and branding strategies
Present work articulately to Art Director and all cross-functional partners.

5-7 years of design experience using Adobe CS. Experience organizing and maintaining files is also required. Additional
Production Artist experience is a plus.
Must have minimum BA degree with emphasis in Fine Art, Design or Graphics.
Must have a strong working knowledge graphic design programs, proofing, print processes, project specs, and typography
Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
Must have store window/retail environment experience
