Senior Graphic Designers - we have a great, long-term opportunity for in San Francisco with a widely-recognized financial services operation. We are looking for a senior-level graphic designer with social asset development experience and an ability to translate complex narratives across various channels in a concise, visually appealing fashion.

As one of the lead graphic designers on a team focused on marketing directly to corporate partners, this position will be responsible for both the hands-on development of multiple assets designed for specific social channels in addition to end-to-end campaign strategy. As part of the development process, this position will collaborate closely with copywriters to develop assets that identify the client as an industrial thought leader. This position will also develop content with the backing of internal research teams and testing programs to ensure optimal campaign performance.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of experience as a graphic designer with a proven track record of ideating and developing engaging social content across multiple channels. Candidates should also have experience working on big brand projects either in-house or in an agency setting.

- Serve as a lead designer on social marketing assets across all major channels
- Develop and optimize content based on user research studies as well as focused testing
- Manage social assets from ideation to deployment as part of a cross-functional marketing effort
- Maintain internal brand and visual design standards
- Collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously and maintain open lines of communication on development timelines.

- 5+ years of graphic design experience, Minimally, 2+ years on social assets
- Start-to-finish campaign design experience
- Expert-level skills with Illustrator, Photoshop and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working on well-known brands
- Ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
