Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Creative Director and Art Director while developing ad campaign concepts and leading large-scope print and interactive projects. The role requires a hands-on professional who is comfortable working on a variety of ongoing initiatives and day-to-day print projects.

The ideal candidate should have solid problem-solving skills that help him or her see the bigger picture vs. an individual task, incorporating best design and technology practices to cohesively support creative strategies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience, formal design training with strong typography, graphic and interactive experience, and in-depth knowledge on the full Adobe Creative Suite as well as other web authoring and motion graphic tools. Knowledge in basic web development, user experience design and cross-browser compatibility and mobile (touch) interfaces are a plus.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Strong ability in concept development and graphic design
• Excellent understanding of composition, color, imagery and typography
• Strong professional experience with imaging software such as Adobe Photoshop and
Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with rich-media software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro and Apple Keynote
• Experience with various online ad design specs and media requirements
• Strong experience in creation of web graphics, animations, user interfaces, icons, style sheets, color schemes, templates and layouts for web projects, ensuring site-wide color
and typeface standardization
• Ability in self-management and time management
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong belief in teamwork, self-motivation and hard work
