Senior Graphic Designer for In-store graphics/Visual Merchadising

- Reports to Global Art Director
Concept and design all in-store graphics and support all graphics related to visual merchandising. Concept and design marketing collateral including press kits, signage, brand books, etc. for the Global Department. Responsible for creating artwork for key product launches and branding initiatives. Create mockups for presentations purposes. Assist Art Director in conceptual design proposals and conceptual recommendations for Executive review. Put together graphic design packets to distribute to all regions. Provide graphic support as needed.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Partner closely with Team to obtain key messaging / design objectives for all graphic projects.
2. Partner with Art Director, Visual Managers and/or Brand Managers to mock up creative concepts for presentation and review.
3. Partner with Art Director and/or Graphic Designers to review and deliver Branded graphics for all channels.
4. Participate in the design of visual displays/graphics.
5. Responsible for layouts of all approved designs.
6. Collaborate with Art Director to ensure all programs are effectively communicated to the team and globe.
7. Maintain files, records and detailed departmental data.
8. Other projects and tasks as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 4-6 years experience in a related field of design.
2. Proficient in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
3. High level of initiative, able to work independently on multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
4. Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
5. Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
6. Strong oral and written communication skills (able to compose and edit correspondence).
7. High energy level and positive approach to job and group responsibilities.
8. Design degree preferred.
9. Able to travel independently
10. Effectively translate branding guidelines and marketing strategies into a variety of executions that align with company mission
11. Must have a strong working knowledge graphic design programs, typography, composition, color proofing, print processes, and project specs
12. Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
13. Basic understanding and familiarity with the OSX Mac, Internet, and Microsoft Office software
14. Must be able to work at a computer work station for extended periods of time
