A branding and communications agency in Buckinghamshire are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Working on projects for a wide range of well-known brands in the travel, finance, FMCG, technology, automotive, and retail sectors, the Senior Designer is required to generate creative concepts and develop them into fully designed applications and finished artwork. They are looking for someone who is excited by the idea of a role with real potential for career progression to a Creative Director position within a small design business, producing work for their big clients.

The priorities for the Senior Designer is to be a conceptual thinker, taking responsibility for generating innovative and creative design concepts for a wide range of marketing materials and brand identities, which deliver on business objectives and appeal to the relevant audiences. The ideal candidate will be able to work seamlessly across print and digital media, with a good understanding of how best to use the relevant creative platforms to communicate specific messages. The Senior Designer will have strong communication skills including the ability to brief internal and external suppliers (such as printers, photographers, illustrators and digital technicians). The Senior Designer will manage junior staff and additional freelance staff when working as part of their team on a project, as well as being prepared to produce finished artwork to print standard when needed.
Successful candidates will have demonstrable understanding of production technologies, the ever-evolving variety and trends of media. The Designer will be a highly ambitious person with an appreciation of marketing communications, employee engagement and branding.
