Senior Graphic Designer

  • Hands on development of all visual assets for the firm’s primarily B2B clients
  • Opportunity for advancement to Art Director position
  • Have primary responsibility for devising and driving successful and impactful digital, print,
    video, graphic, and interactive assets and projects as they pertain to viewer experience

  • Successful projects are defined as those that:

  • Proceed along a smooth and fluid timeline
  • Are of high quality and function as they are designed and intended
  • Meet stated client goals and expectations
  • Complete on time and on budget


    5+ years of relevant technical skills including, but not limited to:
  • All core design applications, MAC based
  • Photography
  • Videography

  • Additional skills (a plus, but not required)
  • Illustration, basic knowledge of animation


  • Conceptualize, plan, design and/or oversee the creation of websites, digital marketing, user
    experience, graphic and print materials
  • Evaluate programs and projects from a visual brand/design perspective to ensure the firm is doing
    its best possible work for our clients, and adhering to brand guidelines
  • Work with clients and creative director to translate marketing objectives into visual creative
    expressions that are executable, affordable, and delivers on goals.
  • Establish and manage relationships with outsourced freelancers and other service providers
  • As needed, work with/eventually lead design support staff, internal and external.
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings to facilitate team alignment in understanding the parameters of a project, and that budgeted hours are properly allocated.
  • Participate in the firm’s weekly production meetings
  • Work with creative and technical team to ensure brand integration
  • Actively encourage a positive and energetic team environment
  • Maintain positive working relations with team, management, client contacts at all levels, external resource providers, and contractors
  • Be accessible off hours to respond to emergency situations

  • Client Relations
  • Participate in client meetings as necessary to provide status updates on creative/art projects, and navigate projects and programs to successful completion
  • Assure complete, timely and accurate follow through on client requests and interactions.
  • Develop estimates for additional or new services when they are related to a design-based assignment or task
  • Maintain proactive communication with team/clients on matters relating to visual creative
  • Communicate with clients tactfully and proactively if a request made is deemed out of scope
  • Offer creative or artistic advice, guidance, recommendations, or solutions in terms clients can understand
  • Maintain professionalism and quality in all in-person and written communications to clients
