Calling all experienced Films Producers with Pharma/Healthcare exposure! My client is looking for a Senior Films Producer to fill a long term Freelance need! Temp to Permanent Opportunity!

Video Project leadership role within Broadcast Level Corporate Video Production Facility.
• Manage substantial volume of high end video productions ( 10+) simultaneously within fast paced Video Production Facility. Role includes entire production process from launch to delivery including support to Account Teams in Business Partner meetings, determining project needs, creating estimates, following routing & billing process, field, studio & post production planning and execution.
• Maintaining productions within budget and maintaining actuals within Project Management Software System.
• Matrix Manage - Associate Producer
• Oversee Workload & Activity of Freelance/ Leased Worker - Office Production Assistant & Producer(s)
• Proactive, deep support of Associate Director regarding design and execution of strategic planning, production process design, Marketing Services work streams & BMS Objectives.
• Communication support on department initiatives including Power Point Deck development.
• Collaboration with Studio Manager, Senior Editor & Technical Operations Supervisor for Optimum execution of productions
• Point of contact for Business Operations details as it relates to Compliance and Process
• Cross Functional exchanges within broader department including Account Services, Interactive, Content & Creative Teams.
Position Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Communications or equivalent professional experience
• 10 + years experience in the video/film production field
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task effectively
• High End Video Production knowledge from creative development phase through post production phase
• Some travel may be necessary based on requirements and location of productions

Skills and Knowledge Desired
• Highly Professional with excellent communication & presentation skills
• Proven ability to work across diverse groups while promoting corporate behaviors and standards
• Operates efficiently in a fast paced and very deadline driven environment
• Creative, resourceful and strategic thinker
• Computer skills: knowledge of basic PC/MAC platforms, power point, word, etc.
