Overview:
As the Global Email Marketing Operations Manager, you will:
• Manage team of email production resources to produce campaigns, marketing triggers and transactional triggers.
• Partner with marketing & segmentation business leads during planning process to ensure production resources, timelines, efficiency and optimization are considered.
• Lead email intake process
• Drive email production efficiency and process improvements, leveraging email production and operations industry best practices, and innovative solutions
• Partner with Global email vendor to drive execution excellence
• Partner with segmentation team, Digital Tech and Global email vendor to ensure strong email deliverability rates
• Drive targeted communications projects and manage email production for email campaigns and marketing triggers and transactional triggers.
• Partner with Project Manager on maintenance of production-related tools (calendar, tracker, etc).
• Connect with Digital Tech and Consumer Services on key launches, etc.
• Ability to work off-hours as needed for launches, etc.
