Senior Digital Project Manager

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of creative marketing programs, from strategic planning stages through creative implementation, across all channels including traditional print and digital media. Reporting to the Associate Director, Program Management you will clearly and actively manage and communicate program schedules, deliverables and expectations to all team members. In addition you will: 

  • Oversee entire marketing program; orchestrating planning/implementation across different campaigns within the larger program; have holistic, annual programmatic view, syncing various dependencies 
  • Manage strategic development and execution milestones across channels, including but not limited to: window animations, magazine print, print collateral/direct mail, in-store marketing/collateral, promotions and digital media  (Digital media experience especially important as position manages a variety of digital channels including site, mobile and social platforms)
  • Serve as program expert with an in-depth knowledge of program channels/components: media, usage, delivery formats, etc. 
  • Develop comprehensive schedules for program duration, set interim milestone meetings, integrating traditional and digital media touch-points in process. Proactively monitor progress to achieve deadlines and results 
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with Marketing, Creative, Digital, Visual and Store Design teams. Clearly and actively communicate requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle
  • Partner upstream w/ Marketing/Digital Marketing to communicate strategic milestones and provide executional considerations for brief  
  • Manage day-to-day tasks of program execution of: Open jobs and build job folders w/ all project info; update as jobs evolve 
  • Track schedules and update/communicate status for weekly status meetings 
  • Receive comps from Marketing; hand-off to Content Production for shoot/retouching 
  • Identify all photo shoot needs across channels; partner with Creative team and Content Production for photo shoot execution 
  • Facilitate retouching milestones between Creative and retoucher; communicate schedule and ensure feedback deadlines are met within number of allotted rounds 
  • Route and review all core layouts prior to release; partner with Delivery Management on final routing of all US/CDA versioned/derivative assets Monitor and advocate adherence to process; identify process gaps/improvements and tools to improve efficiency across teams 
  • Track programs to budget; have a good understanding of budget and any co-op funding; facilitate conversations between Creative, Marketing and producer if/when costs impact creative 
  • Manage 1-2 direct reports; nurture and guide their career development 


Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in project, program, account, or marketing management 
  • Excellent technical skills - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheets, Basecamp, Workfront 
  • Agency or retail experience 
  • Experience in people management 
  • Effective relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships across teams to get work done 
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented 
  • Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities 
  • Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
