Senior Digital Producer

Our client is a full-service creative marketing communications agency offering brand strategy, advertising, design, public relations, digital services and media planning/buying. The Senior Digital Project Manager/Producer is responsible for managing the execution of multiple, digital-related projects and initiatives, including websites, microsites, online and social advertising, landing pages, email campaigns and everything in between. Reports to Production Director.

Here’s a bit more of what we’re looking for:

  • 5-7 years of agency digital project management/producer experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Credible presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry terms, technologies, standards, trends and best practices.
  • The ability to develop complex scoping documents, project plans and associated costs for all projects.
  • The ability to motivate, manage and communicate expectations with a variety of personality types, including creative teams, developers/technical resources, internal agency resources, vendors, clients and all stakeholders.
  • The ability to create production schedules, organize details and clearly communicate expectations to all stakeholders, to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • The ability to provide day-to-day client contact, support and thought leadership in collaboration with account managers.
  • The ability to effectively manage project risks and challenges in a proactive and positive manner.
  • The ability to maintain quality throughout all phases of a project, including conducting and managing QA processes. Attention to detail a must.
  • Experience with third-party ad servers such as MediaMind.
  • Experience with social advertising such as Facebook, etc.
  • Experience with managing SEO/SEM, paid search, Google Analytics, tagging, URL building, etc. a must.
  • Experience with Advantage software a plus, but not mandatory.
  • The ability to laugh, have fun, and be an energetic, positive, business-minded leader within the agency.
