Senior Digital Producer

A well-known and highly regarded worldwide experiential agency in central London are looking for a Producer to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. Working exclusively on one of their biggest clients, one of the most well-recognised names in the Energy sector, with whom the agency have been working since 2007 assuming responsibility for their global exhibition programme. This entails design, content management and implementation of exhibitions and tradeshows worldwide.
This relationship continues to develop in many different areas, from generating bespoke digital assets to supporting sponsorship activation. As a client-facing senior project management for this major global client, you will own the planning and delivery of digital projects, with full responsibility for commercial success and client satisfaction. Technically competent and creatively demanding, you will have a proven track record in project delivery from inception to launch, with experience of running multiple projects simultaneously and of delivering big budget projects for major clients.
You will have the opportunity to work on projects ranging from interactive installations and film
production to social media and mobile applications. You must have a history in digital and an appetite to pursue
cutting-edge work.

Detailed responsibilities:

• To be the primary point of client contact for delivery of major projects
• To liaise closely with the global team, clients, and third party partners, ensuring full engagement from all parties throughout each project
• To identify, scope and manage all projects from inception to deployment
• To produce detailed project schedules and budgets that accurately reflect cost and effort involved to ensure a positive return
• To produce thorough, accurate, clear and concise documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• To manage all aspects of a project hands-on; scoping, strategy, concept development, creative development (incl. copy/content, design, music/sound, photography/video, animation/motion graphics), technical development, testing and deployment (including attendance on site if required)
• To deliver projects on-time, on-budget and at quality
• To ensure external partners and freelance resources are engaged through approved channels and that appropriate contracts and funding are in place before work starts
• To champion Imagination working practices and processes
• To oversee junior and freelance team members, providing mentoring and coaching, and ensuring introduction and adherence to Imagination processes
• To motivate all members of project teams to be their best, and to enable excellence through a supportive environment
• To regularly track and report commercial position to the Programme Director

Experience and skills required:

• Strong experience in a digital project delivery environment
• Fully client-facing; well-spoken and confident with good presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to discuss concepts and issues with a technical team and with non-technical, business-focused stakeholders
• Experience delivering technical projects from start to finish e.g. large website design/build, games, or other consumer-facing software development projects
• Hands-on experience delivering across at least 3 of the following areas:
o Interactive installations (e.g. touchscreens, gaming systems)
o Web platforms (e.g. CMS, intranets, eCommerce)
o Motion graphics and animation
o Mobile interfaces and applications
o Interface design (e.g. kiosks, POS, HMI, etc)
o Film productions (e.g. TVC, brand films, online spots)
o Online campaigns (e.g. banners, microsites, virals)
o Social media applications and campaigns
• Understanding of creative and technical quality assurance techniques
• Excellent leadership skills, motivating a multi-disciplinary team
• In-depth understanding of digital production processes, user experience, technical development and quality management
• In-depth knowledge of current and emerging digital technologies and platforms
• Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards for online and mobile channels
• Awareness of legal requirements around personal data, copyright and licensing
• Ideally holds a recognised project management qualification

Must be able and willing to travel globally if required (typically up to a week)
