Senior Digital Producer

My client is looking for a talented Senior Digital Producer who will work closely alongside the creative lead within a team orientated environment. He/she will have a detailed and enthusiastic understanding of digital delivery, including expertise in areas from application development platforms through to trends, ensuring the clients’ creative vision is understood. He/she will be passionate about delivering the best creative work, providing guidance and problem solving for the production team, and seeking solutions to help the creative team deliver as much as possible with the brief.

Experience
• Minimum of five years in an equivalent role within a similar sized & quality organisation
• Previous experience leading cross-functional teams (creative, design, technology, development)
• Familiarity with a diverse range of digital and media projects – film & video, interactive application, online and mobile technologies
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Working and reporting directly to clients

Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience working with SmartSheet would be an advantage
• Personable: daily client contact and integration with other M departments/disciplines
• Willing to work under pressure, on site, and outside usual office hours on occasion
• Able to format and report information clearly and constructively
• Responsive: adaptable in changing circumstances and able to react to urgent requests
• Good understanding of MS Excel (essential) and Mac operating systems
• Multitasking: able to coordinate multiple tasks / projects and prioritize time accordingly
• Scheduling: create and manage real-time schedules with project-specific as well as account activity

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure client messaging is represented in an appropriate way to target audiences within the creative brief
• Communicate with Account Manager/Director to understand clients’ overall business objectives and
• strategies, and how the digital aspect of a project fits into the overall business strategy
• Identify skill requirements; recruit and lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of digital/interactive projects
• Develop project scope documents, including but not limited to sitemaps, wireframes, functional specifications and project plans
• Manage the development process to minimise scope creep and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Manage the project delivery team, which can include (but is not limited to) developers, designers, lead creative, project managers, editors/animators, stakeholders and junior team members.
• Create project communication plans, prepare status reports, and conduct internal and external status meetings when necessary
• Ensure effective issue resolution and maintain the standard level of quality related to project delivery
• Attend, and sometimes lead, workshops and other discovery sessions to develop business requirements for projects
• Manage the development of new digital / interactive products as necessary
