Senior Digital PM

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Digital PM to join a high-end creative advertising agency on a temp-to-perm basis.

The agency provides a full-service solution to their clients, combining expert teams across art direction, stills and moving image, digital design, strategy, PR, casting and artist representation. Their digital team produce a range of integrated campaigns, mobile applications, online magazines and e-commerce websites for clients across the fashion, luxury and beauty sectors; including Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Armani and Chanel.

Purpose of the post: A key member of the digital development team; this successful candidate will be responsible for providing full end-to-end project management for client assignments in the digital side of the business. Managing a team of PMs, BAs and QAs, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects on brief, on time and to the agreed budget, using management methodologies appropriate to successful completion.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Delivery of multiple projects on brief, on time and to the agreed budget – using management. methodologies appropriate to successful completion.
• End to end involvement throughout the project life cycle from initial scoping and production – to delivery and maintenance.
• Comfortable in client-facing situations and on-site engagements, controlling project processes and ensuring that projects are delivered within time and budget constraints whilst maintaining an eye for detail.
• Coordination of assets for user journeys, QA testing requirements and UAT scripts.
• Working closely with the development, testing and design teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to schedule.
• Good understanding of digital development technologies and their applications.
• Advising on best practice project processes and documentation.
• Advising and supporting other project managers on projects.
• End to end involvement throughout the project life cycle.

The ideal candidate will come from an agency background and have experience and expertise within the fashion and luxury brands sectors. The agency is an progressing and evolving business, so the role requires someone who is adaptable, flexible and happy to get stuck in!
