Senior Digital Marketing Manager

AQUENT'S innovative client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help bring their Acquisition Marketing group to the next level. From customer acquisition through lifecycle optimization, their goal is to inform and delight prospective customers through a rewarding membership and a world-class customer experience.

About You
· You are a curious, goal-oriented problem-solver experienced in identifying areas of opportunity to create marketing strategies.
· You are a digital media and e-commerce expert with a passion for analytics, equally comfortable with creative and media, setting campaign goals, and designing reports to illustrate performance.
· You are innovative, strategic and efficient with an ability to operationalize and execute digital marketing campaigns from concept through end of campaign reporting

Key Responsibilities
· Develop digital marketing campaigns that inform, engaged and acquire prospective customers
· Drive the strategy for the digital media plan and creative optimization using data and insights
· Develop creative briefs and test creative executions to inform copy and design optimizations
· Create opportunities to test new audience segments, creative executions and media partners and digital media tactics
· Set and achieve acquisition goals for the digital media channel through accurate forecasting, investment management, media optimization and forecast recalibration
· Measure campaign effectiveness by tracking and monitoring key performance indicators including impressions, clicks, take rates, conversion rates and CPA
· Evolve current mechanisms for tracking and attributing prospect and member touch points

Skills/Experience Requirements
· Experience developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital media plans
· Ability to read data in multiple formats and pull together insights that drive strategy
· Proven track record of setting and meeting qualitative goals
· Ability to identify needs in reporting, create reports and illustrate data to answer key questions that drive optimization
· Strong understanding or aptitude for learning the technical side of digital media including ad serving, DSP optimization, targeting, audience data usage or multi-touch attribution

Preferred Qualifications
· 5+ years digital marketing or media experience in a goal-oriented organization
· Experience setting and achieving qualitative goals for both brand and direct response objectives
· Experience with measurement tools including ad servers, multi-touch attribution, brand health and web analytics
