Senior Digital Marketing Manager

A skincare company is looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager w/ eCommerce experience to focus on site merchandising, content strategy and optimization, search and web analytics. You will work cross-functionally with Digital Product, Marketing and Sales teams to develop and maintain the company's eCommerce site and help increase business and meet customer experience goals.

You will aim to develop an effective SEO/SEM strategy and an impactful analytics approach that informs fact-based decision making.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the tactical operations & content management of a global eCommerce website, implementation of a global B2B search strategy and robust analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:

-Transform the brand into effective global online commerce channels through engaging merchandising assets and compelling content, partnering with stakeholders to integrate into 360 degree campaigns.
-Drive & deliver online content strategy based on brand strategy, customer and competitive insights and eCommerce initiatives and continuously test changes to determine impact to conversion and the overall customer experience.
-Work closely with Creative and User Experience teams to develop campaign concepts, page layouts, landing pages and conversion opportunities within website to maximize conversion.
-Lead SEO and SEM efforts to optimize online search results and digital brand equity.​ Work closely with agency on implementing and managing paid search, identifying new opportunities and search strategies, and driving profitability while working within defined budget.​ Oversee SEO efforts, including content management, site design and functionality and drive ongoing improvements.​
-Research feedback from all available resources: site analytics, customer service, customer feedback, product reviews, social media and internal teams and utilize the information to optimize the site and improve performance.
- Provide regular reporting to internal teams with actionable data on product insights, engagement trends and popular search terms.
-Oversee a growing team to meet channel objectives, and specifically manage eCommerce platforms, A/B testing programs, search program, web content and analytics.


Requirements:
-Must have a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing industry experience with a focus on eCommerce marketing.
-Strong writing/editing skills, design aesthetic and ability to judge visual appearance, ensuring alignment with brand and enterprise standards.
-Knowledge of global best practices in all areas of eCommerce, including catalog management, product merchandising, content systems, search and guided navigation, SEO and personalization (Hybris experience a plus).
-Demonstrated success with online testing/experimentation and associated technologies.
-Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and techniques within B2B landscape.
-Demonstrated analytical skills, specifically ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries and deliver actionable business insights.
-Comfortable using web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Web Trends, Adobe/Omniture, etc.
