Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Firebrand are exciting to be partnering with this leading financial organisation who are currently searching for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to assist in leading the next stages
of growth across their businesses multiple brands. Managing a marketing team of 4, reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager Retention this role will focus primary on Acquisition utilising
all key digital marketing channels.

This is a hands on leadership role. You will be leading both the strategy and roadmap and will also be expected to be heavily involved in the role out of initiatives and campaigns. You will be managing and driving digital and search
agencies to assist in achieving the maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and roll out lead generation led digital strategy
• Lead brand rejuvenation across all key marketing channels
• Manage Internal and external stakeholders, in particular external agency management (Search and Digital)
• Lead generation demand through digital channels
• Manage marketing budget
• Optimisation of client acquisition, experience and journey
• Campaign management and coordination
• Provide digital market intelligence to the broader business
• Data driven marketing reports and performance metrics utilising Google Analytics
• Website –new website under construction and manage migration of all web related content and properties

Key Requirements
• Senior level digital marketing experience within a similar role
• Extensive experience leading digital acquisition
• Extensive experience driving agency suppliers across search and digital
• Heritage in brand and broader marketing will be well regarded
• Experience managing and inspiring teams
• Passion for the hands on elements of digital marketing
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager
