Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Our client, a well-known e-commerce property, is seeking a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal talent is an articulate, analytical and customer-focused marketing professional who can multi-task. A passion retail and ecommerce are a must.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Manage the overall strategy, execution, performance and effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Develop and enhance lifecycle marketing programs across multiple channels and touch-points to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value, retention, brand advocacy and loyalty
- Plan and execute all web, SEM, partner programs, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Use data-driven analysis and consumer insights to develop hypotheses, execute robust A/B testing plans, and build consensus for future direction of customer contact strategy
- Project manage a diverse set of functional groups (marketing, site experience, creative, merchandising, analytics) to drastically improve customer conversion rates through innovative marketing programs
- Collaborate with social media, creative, PR and other stakeholders to execute in agreement with content marketing strategy.
- Manage P&Ls and keep projects on budget

The ideal talent will have:

- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field with applicable business experience.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with strong understanding of core marketing principles and marketing technologies.
- Knowledge and experience with e-commerce/e-retail programs, platforms and systems.
- Proven track record of leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising initiatives and campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid experience using of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hitwise, Omniture).
- Working knowledge of social listening and monitoring tools (e.g., HootSuite, Cision) is a plus.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and PLA campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; with ability to interpret and provide insights on data.
