Digital Marketing Advisor (Senior Digital Marketing Executive)

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Overview:

Manage day to day website operations including: regular coordinate of web agency

and key stakeholder relationships; target identified audiences with specific messages

as outlined in the marketing strategy and ensure all deadlines are met

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the website and mobile channels, ensuring that all communications are

on-brand.

Regularly analyse performance and continuously identify and implement digital

revenue opportunities across all platforms.

Devise and implement online customer acquisition plans to drive traffic to the

above.

With the relevant agencies plan, budget and execute for Search, SEO and PPC

strategies ensuring the most efficient route to market, conversion rate as well as

delivering high returns on investment.

Ensure web reporting is accurate and achieving maximum impact, working

towards key targets.

Proactive sourcing and management of digital partners for content, competitions

and offers.

Achieve budgeted targets as agreed with the Marketing Manager.

Be a key point of contact for digital partner relationships.

Manage positive and negative feedback, and with responses on-brand.

To deliver and maximise revenue and volume targets.

Provide high levels of customer service and relationship management to our key

partners, delivering beyond service expectations.

Investigate new and existing opportunities for sourcing incremental business in

line with the overall Marketing Strategy.

To proactively report performance to the Marketing Manager monitoring

admissions and revenue monthly against targets. Suggesting and delivering upon

alternative and incremental activities in line with the overall strategy.

To ensure administrative work is accurate and up-to-date.

To promote teamwork and synergy through effective communications and

involvement in appropriate industry and team functions.

Develop effective and professional relationships with all internal and external

customers across all levels.

To proactively liaise with the Marketing Manager to ensure that communication is

cohesive and in line with overall strategic plan.

To ensure all proposals are clear, succinct, timely and meet KPI targets.

Responsible and effective use of financial resource ensuring maximum return on

investment

To communicate and work together with other divisions, including Sales and

Visitor Experience departments to ensure smooth admission/ administration.

Ensure coordination with other business operations and marketing initiatives

Manage ad hoc project work as dictated by business needs.

Skills and Knowledge required

Previous proven commercial online marketing experience, preferably within an

attraction/leisure environment.

Experience in managing websites.

Experience working with a content management system.

Experience in using web analytics tools.

Project management

Agency management.

Strong communicator.

Strong organisational skills and highly deadline driven.

Education/Qualifications

GCSE Maths and English, grade C or above.

Educated to Degree level is desirable
