Vitamin T is looking for a Senior Designer who will collaborate with a team of designers, marketers, UX architects to create stunning digital experiences from products to large-scale websites that are anything but ordinary. As a Senior Designer, you’ll be responsible bringing the creative vision to life, ensuring all designs follow the same high standards throughout the duration of the project.

A successful Senior Designer will be comfortable with ambiguity, has the ability to wear multiple hats and excels in an agile, team-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create designs from conception to completion.
Work closely with product and marketing managers, senior and junior creative team members and content strategists to conceptualize and execute project/product designs.
Inspire the team by introducing fresh design, technology and unique graphic ideas.
Bring creative vision to the table that challenges the status quo - in a collaborative and open-minded manner.
Work with the marketing team to translate marketing objectives into creative strategies.
Suggest design improvements using knowledge of best practices and user experience.
Be passionate towards your work - executing it to perfection.


EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES

3+ years experience interactive design experience is preferred (will consider less experience with an amazing portfolio).
Strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design.
Clear understanding of user experience best practices.
An overwhelming desire innovate and think creatively.
Knowledgeable about aesthetic goals vs. production constraints.
Expert ability to use various computer design/graphics applications.
Mastery of design software like Photoshop and Illustrator.
Knowledge of 3D and motion graphics is a plus.
